SURVEILLANCE INVESTIGATOR
Now hiring in: Greater Bay Area, Central Valley, San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles County, Ventura as well as remote positions.
Job Duties:
- Performing surveillance and activities checks.
- Obtain videotaped documentation of subjects.
- Produce investigation reports and updates.
- Update database with needed information.

- Self-starter.
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow protocols.
- Ability to travel to and from assignments daily.

Educational/Experience Qualifications:
- Must have surveillance experience or transferable skills such as military, law enforcement or loss prevention.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Persons with a Criminal Justice degree strongly encouraged to apply.
Qualifications & Equipment:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Auto Insurance in the amount of $100,000 each person/$300,000 each accident. bodily injury/$50,000 property damage.
- Access to a suitable surveillance vehicle with tinted windows.
- HD Camcorder (one may be provided)
Salary Description
The salary range is $20-$36 depending upon experience level.
Statement/SIU Investigator:

Part Time- and Full-Time positions available.
Job Duties:
- Review claims documentation for suspected fraud.
- Communicate with clients.
- Interview claimant, witnesses and supervisors as needed.
- Ability to take statements: onsite, through video and on the telephone.
- Update case management system within required timelines with updates, notes, communications and documentation.
- Generate clear reports from case interviews and investigations.

- SIU/Compliance investigation experience.
- Desired: Spanish speakers.

- A vehicle in good working and safe condition.

Salary range is 25-38 depending upon experience level.
